Answer
More discussion on virtual meets
how to contribute to different parts of the fedora more specifically, putting details in an interesting manner.
Would be great to see more sessions for mentees/applicants to Outreachy. Could be cool to provide a training workshop
Sample projects, impact of work discussion, potential opportunities
I think more mentee discussions would be interesting, to see things from their perspectives, and more interactive discussions and time between talks in the 'hallway' as it were to talk to other people in the summit would have been nice.
Sessions with industry insights
Presentation from an executive coach (one for hire) maybe?
Integration with teams (onboarding to new contributors)
I would like to see a lot more detail related to the open practice and open source way. Karsten's talk was fantastic, but I wanted to dive much more deeply into open practices and success stories.
More interactive sessions or workshops. This year was focused on talks and panels, which were nice with great panelists and speakers. But it drifts towards screen fatigue when there is less interaction. The social games help, but maybe interactive workshops with small-group breakout rooms to teach a skill or concept, or reflect on ways to improve mentorship? Maybe next year could have a "skillshare" where people have 20-30 minute slots where they teach a new skill to others that is useful for mentoring.
